“The Best Student Housing Columbia Has to Offer…”
The apartments here are COZY. I thoroughly enjoyed the layout of the apartment and feel right at home. The community is also very welcoming and social. There are events once a month such as Mario Kart tournaments and the workers pay attention to resident's birthday by delivering a gift to that resident. I just feel right at home in a safe and close community that is College Town on the River. Another plus is that there is an included gym!! This was very helpful for me to stay on track with my cardio and strength exercises. The pool is also clean and welcoming. Oh, and the staff!! I really enjoyed the tour with Jennifer Miller. She was knowledgeable and professional, but at the same time caring and concerned about the details on property and how they might affect me. If I wasn't the type to travel a lot and aspire to live overseas, I swear I'd apply for a job here because this seems like a wonderful environment to be immersed in on a daily basis."
